No, we aren’t getting another puppy (although I’ve been wanting a playmate for Bailey). Bailey is going to be a big sister in April! {MORE} We’re really excited and still trying to adjust to the idea of having a little one around here. The next few months are going to be super busy as I’m in my last semester of school (Lord willing!), and we’re on the search for a house before the baby is born. I’m feeling good, besides being super tired…all of the time, and lately food just doesn’t taste all that great. Kyle has been wonderful, he lets me take naps & he’s been patient despite my mood.
We go to the doctor for our first appointment in the next few weeks, so we’ll post more then!
Bailey graduated from puppy school last week! She graduated 1st in her class & even managed to keep her graduation cap on too. She’s soo smart, and has caught on so quickly to everything we’ve taught her. {MORE} She can sit, stay, lay down, dance, rollover, and so much more, we’re so proud of her! Check out her graduation pictures below…

A couple months ago, we put the 2002 Chevy S10 up for sale. I thought that the ad in the paper, the website I created, and the winshield chalk I bought would surely help the truck go quickly…I was wrong. I’m only getting 2 kinds of calls. Non-english speaking people who have a hard time understanding the price, and who inevitably can’t afford it anyway, and english speaking people, who like the truck, but don’t want to pay what we are asking, and aren’t willing to make an offer.
So we are back to the drawing board. The shopping center I’ve had it parked at for a couple weeks now finally put a little sticker on my truck that said they would be towing it if it was still there in 24hours (I saw the sticker 48hours later…so I’m quite gracious for their grace/laziness).
We have 3 vehicles, we’ve been wanting to keep a truck (as it’s been very useful having one during all of our moves, and trips to lowes), but I’m not sure if I want to keep driving a truck…mainly due to the increasing price of gas… At $3/gallon, getting only 20-25mpg can get expensive. One of those soap-box Scion’s gets 30-35mpg… much better in my opinion. But it makes more sense to get Heidi a reliable vehicle (since she trecks a few hundred miles a week). So we are forced between a couple options, none of which I’m sure will completely satisfy us.
We’ll keep you posted on our progress.
